"An unfiltered Pale Ale base beer has been used as a blank canvas to showcase fresh, green, undried Nelson Sauvin cone hops. Grown by our friends at Holmdale Farm in Wakefield, the hops were into the brewhouse within 3 hours of the bine being cut. 5.0% abv, this Pale Ale has all the attributes of fresh Nelson Sauvin, with flavour and aroma reminiscent of Sauvignon Blanc. Sweaty, green and vibrant."
